I didn’t remember taking this photo. at the Tortoise concerts I would always stand near John Herndon, as I am always enthralled by his style and energy. while a more “proper concert” photo was posted to Instagram [ link ], this more-portrait-like photo is in line with how I see this revisit of the concert photos— and any sort of pattern/approach to it. this quite moments are already apparent in previous photos, and will (in my view) culminate with the idea of a Decompression Moment in Nº 40.
